RVSD provides services for editing, enhancing, and delivering video content. Additional features may include collaboration, delivery, and contracted work set forth by a contractor to the contractee (RVSD).

You retain all ownership rights to the video files, images, text, and other materials (“User Content”) you upload or create using our Service. However, by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant RVSD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and upload your content;

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

We may remove or disable access to any content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute any unlawful, harmful, or obscene material;

  • Use the Service for spamming, harassment, or exploitation;

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s operation;

  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All trademarks, logos, designs, code, and content provided by RVSD remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
